The right candidates must provide excellent customer service. Our customers are the heart of Jolt! Stellar customer service is a MUST. Must be able to multi task, move quickly in tight spaces, work well with a team, complete transactions with accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure, take guidance from management, learn quickly, self starter, takes initiative, stays busy even in slow times. Takes inititave and responsibilty - gets the job done without having to be reminded. Always puts the customer first. Takes pride in what they do and follows Jolt Culture at all times.
Joltistas: Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred. Must have food handlers card. Barista experience a plus, but will train the right person. .
Shift Leads: 1 year supervisory experience in related field. Must have food handlers card. Minimum 2 years cash handling required.
Managers: 2 years managment experience in related field required. Demonstration of leading a team and location to success. Full understanding of Jolt Culture and desiree to work closly with Owners and Director of Talent to delvop the team and ensure the successful growth of the location while ensuring all Jolt Culture and Policies are embraced and followed at all times.

Must have own transportation. Operating hours 4:30AM-9:30PM 7 days a week.
Joltistas: Weekends required. Minimum 20 hours a week, 4 shifts required.
Shift Leads & Managers: Weekends required. Full time, minimum 40 hours. Jolt must be sole employer.
